About Attorney Tom Hendell
I am a trial lawyer and general practice lawyer based in Charlottesville, Virginia. I handle all manner of civil disputes, ranging from personal injury and wrongful death to commercial, construction and real estate litigation. I exclusively represent injured persons in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle crashes, unsafe premises, dog bites, and sexual assault and abuse.
